Agreement to Terms

By using the services of ZippyLift Union Towing, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services means you accept those changes.

Service Description

ZippyLift Union Towing provides emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery and winching, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing services. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in Union, CA and surrounding areas.

Our services are provided on an as-available basis. While we strive for fast response times, we cannot guarantee specific arrival times due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or the volume of service calls.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. You are responsible for paying all charges associated with the services you request, including any applicable taxes or fees.

If your vehicle is impounded or stored, storage fees will apply according to our published rate schedule. You must pay all outstanding charges before your vehicle will be released.

Your Responsibilities

When you request our services, you agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle and location. You must remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before towing. ZippyLift Union Towing is not responsible for items left in your vehicle during transport or storage.

You must have the legal right to authorize towing for the vehicle in question. If you request towing for a vehicle you do not own, you represent that you have permission from the owner to do so.

Liability and Insurance

ZippyLift Union Towing carries appropriate insurance coverage as required by California law. We take great care in handling your vehicle, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues with your vehicle.

Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence during the towing process. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your own insurance policy may cover towing services and any related claims.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a service request, please call us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after our driver has been dispatched may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover the driver's time and travel expenses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alameda County, California.
